1. THK AFB-LF Grease (Gold) – Low Dust / Long Life
AFB-LF is a long-life lithium-based grease formulated for linear guides and ball screws. It offers low dust generation, excellent oxidation resistance, and smooth operation, ideal for robotics, automation equipment, and precision machines requiring quiet, stable motion.
2. THK AFF Grease (Green) – High Speed
AFF Grease is designed for high-speed linear motion. With low torque characteristics and excellent thermal stability, it reduces heat generation and enables rapid, smooth movement for high-speed actuators and CNC equipment.
3. THK AFS Grease (Gold-Yellow) – Anti-Rust / High Load
AFS is a high-load, rust-preventive grease suitable for harsh environments. It provides strong wear resistance and anti-corrosion performance for heavy-duty linear motion applications.
4. THK AFC Grease (White) – Cleanroom
AFC is a cleanroom-grade grease with extremely low particle emission. Ideal for semiconductor equipment, medical systems, optical devices, and precision equipment requiring contamination control.
5. THK AFE-CA Grease (Purple) – Food-Grade (NSF H1)
AFE-CA is a food-grade (NSF H1) grease designed for equipment in food processing, packaging machinery, and environments where incidental food contact may occur. It provides excellent lubrication with safe, clean performance.
6. THK AFG Grease (Green-Blue) – General Purpose
AFG is a balanced general-purpose LM grease offering stable lubrication performance, oxidation resistance, and good wear protection across a wide range of load and speed conditions.
